An educator at heart, Dean founded Noesis Learning Centre to enhance the learning experience of A-Level and IP Mathematics using proven pedagogical strategies and modern technology.
Dean is a trained Gifted Education Programme (GEP) Mathematics Teacher with extensive school experience, including:
- GEP Mathematics Teacher, The Chinese High School (2000-2001)
- MOE HQ - Ed Tech Division (2002-2006)
- Mathematics Teacher & HOD for ICT, Raffles Institution (2007-2012)
- Senior Teacher for Maths and Computing, School of Science and Technology (2013-2018)
Additionally, Dean taught IBDP Mathematics at UWC-Dover and Tanglin Trust School in 2000.
Since 2000, Dean has provided specialized, full-time tuition for H2 Mathematics and IP Mathematics, helping generations of students optimize their assessment success.
